i went to my friend desis b-day party last night (which turned out to be a fabulous dinner party as opposed to the beer drinking party i thought it was going to be) and i had a great time.

i havent gotten to hang out with des much lately because she works at 3 bars, works on a horse farm and goes to school. before she started taking classes we got to hang out on fridays all the time but she has class saturday morning now so we cant...

i sat around (and big suprise) i took about 300 pictures last night. here are some of the ones that get the mood across (i wish i could get the video of all the girls singing "i love you momma but im a drunk drunk drunk" with wine and beer in hand)

eric taking a breather from cooking. hes a chef and so the last thing im sure he wants to do when he's home is cook... he made such a great dinner. we started out with amazing brie cheese with apricots and walnuts on top with all different crackers. some red peppers, celery and carrots with a phenomenal dip.
i wish i could remember the name of the next thing... it was simple but so am i. it was puff pastry with sauteed mushrooms and onions in the center. there was shrip cocktail but you wont catch me dead eating that... (thou everyone that ate it with the dip eric made looked like they were haivng the best orgasm of their lives)

main course was filet and salmon. both over veggies and garlic red smashed potatoes and some green bean dish (with fresh marinated raw beans)
dessert was also amazing...
a banana nut and chocolate ganosh cake with hazelnuts on top.

i want some just talking about it...
