so. not only am i going to texas... im going to atlanta.
i have a friend there that i havent seen in a super long time.
(josh, if you've been reading this for a long time there are pleanty of stories about him)
the only thing is he doesnt know it.
wendy and joe know him just as well as i do and they are a little more into the phone thing. i hate the phone. hate it. but i write him letters and things. a lot.
so, wendy tried to call his sister wendy,(oddly enough... his older sisters name is wendy too) to get a hold of josh(he lived there for about a year). he was not there as he never is where you might expect him to be. so, his older sister gave up the info that josh had moved to a new apartment with his little sister(kc) and best friend(jp).long story short, wendy gave wendy kc's cell number. wendy called her and talked to her for an hour. found out where josh is working, their address, and that josh is quitting his job on october 11th...
as soon as i heard that i started looking for tickets to atlanta for october 12th. i sat yesterday with wendy online and we did city comparisons on reply
that was only after we looked for plane tickets and hotel room deals and rental cars. wendy and joe cant go because they run the place they work so time off is tough.
i on the other hand work a giant 3-4 days a week so i think i should be able to swing time off and im just a bartender... no manager things... =)
so. im going to atlanta.
and just to make waiting harder i had such a realistic dream that josh showed up at my bar and stood next to me whistling until i noticed it was him. of course i freaked out and hugged him a million times.
then i woke up... very sad. i dont want to wait. i want to see josh and KC and JP now. grrrrrr.
